Membership and Facility Use

Membership at Peak Pickleball Club grants you access to our facilities and services as outlined in your specific membership plan. We reserve the right to modify membership offerings, pricing, and facility hours at our discretion with reasonable notice to members.

Members and guests must comply with all club rules and regulations, which are posted at our facilities and may be updated from time to time. Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges.

Reservations and Cancellations

Court reservations may be made according to the policies outlined for your membership level. Cancellations must be made within the specified timeframe to avoid cancellation fees. No-shows may be subject to additional fees and/or restrictions on future reservations.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Peak Pickleball Club, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Representations
